cloudwebx.in — this website
A
This website
This page covers cloudwebx.in, the CloudWebX company website. Campus, the learning platform at campus.cloudwebx.in, is covered by the Campus sections below.
The website does not set cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not have accounts to sign in to.
B
The contact form
The contact form on this site does not submit anything to a server. When you send it, it opens your own email application with the message already written, and nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email yourself.
If you do send it, we receive what any email contains: your name, your email address, whatever you wrote, and the company name if you filled that field in. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
C
Hosting and third parties
The site is served by a hosting provider and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers may record standard technical request information, such as your IP address, as part of delivering the page. CloudWebX does not control or retain that information.
D
Your rights and contact
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to hello@cloudweb.me or call 7387387616. We handle these requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

CloudWebX may show screenshots of Campus, general information about the platform and aggregated, non-identifying statistics in its portfolio and promotional material. It will never publish your personal data or your individual results in a way that identifies you.
10
Privacy Policy: storage, security and retention
CloudWebX takes reasonable technical measures to protect the data under its control. However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your information is kept while your account is active and for as long as your institution requires it. When your institution removes your account, your data is deleted, except for records of your acceptance of these terms and security logs, which we keep as evidence. Backups are overwritten over time.
You can ask your institution, or CloudWebX at the address below, to access or correct your information, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The full Campus agreement, including the terms of use those privacy clauses sit inside, is on the Terms of Use page. For access, correction or deletion requests, write to hello@cloudweb.me.
